Processing Time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
UK Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50
- Orders under £50: £3.95 flat rate (Unless Express)
Delivery is via Royal Mail or a comparable tracked service.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days after dispatch (most orders arrive within 2–3 days).
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 working days). Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.
Delays & Issues
While we aim to deliver within the estimated times, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, high volume, or external factors. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help track it down.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
