2. These terms
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.

3. Products and pricing
We sell Pokémon TCG singles, sealed products, graded slabs and related collectibles.
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we do, we will contact you and offer the option to cancel.

4. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation or the goods leave our warehouse. We may cancel an order (and refund you) if stock is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud.

5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via the methods shown. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Free UK shipping applies on orders over £50 (as stated on the site). Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment is received in full.

7. Returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) and receive a refund, provided the goods are returned in a resaleable condition.
Sealed products must be unopened. Graded slabs and singles must be returned in the same condition.
Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty or misdescribed goods will be refunded or replaced under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Contact us first before returning anything.

8. Authenticity
All products are genuine. Graded cards are as described by the grading company. We do not guarantee investment value or future prices of collectibles.

9. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, business losses, or losses arising from the fluctuating value of collectible cards.

10. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos) belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
